| Boxing For Fitness
If you want to
lose weight, look fit and feel great, I can't think of a better way to accomplish that goal than thru
boxing training.
As an exercise, boxing is beneficial in that it is a great aerobic
exercise as well as a great way to tone and condition your muscles. With Boxing
Lessons
for Fitness
you will learn to box, and emphasis will be put on movement and speed as these elements are essential if your goal
is to lose weight and tone your body. Imagine, In a few months
you'll look like a piece of art carved out by Michelangelo
himself.
Boxing for Technique
Do you want to
look like a pro moving around the ring like you are on
skates? Delivering left jabs and right crosses like
you've been doing it for years? With my Boxing
Lessons for Technique
you will get into great shape, but we will slow things down a
bit so that we can concentrate on form. The beginning of
your workout will be devoted to footwork as it is essential that
you have proper footing before anything else will work
properly. By the end of your first lesson you will not
only be throwing a left-right combo, you will also learn to
block those two most basic punches. If you decide to go
with the ten pack special, your following lessons will be
dedicated to honing your footwork, left-right combo and
defending against the left and right. At the end of your
second 5 lessons we will start on the left hook. The left
hook, a favorite of champions.

During
the 20 years that I've boxed, I've had the
opportunity to train with some of the best
boxing trainers in the world. And, what
I've learned from them I now can teach
you.

| Some
of my accomplishments... |
| *In
1975 I was rated the number two Bantamweight in
the world.
*In
1978 I won the California Featherweight
Championship.
*In
1986 I won the North American Bantamweight
Championship, by stopping, until then, the
unbeaten Jesus Salud.
*For
over 14 years I was rated amongst the top ten
best Bantamweights in the world, but unable to
secure a shot at the World Title until I was 32
years old. I lost a close and
controversial fifteen round decision to
Bantamweight Camp Bernardo Pinango of
Venezuela.
